Work began on the US 421 project in Wilkesboro, NC, in July 22, 2024. We are adding and removing water and sewer line to accommodate the widening and installation of safety turn lanes on 2 miles of 421 through Wilkesboro.
This project will leverage our ability to contribute and coordinate material and workflow with our own teams and other contractors on a high traffic section of highway. Our teams on site will deliver world-class public infrastructure for this important project in Wilkes County.
